been a while...

So it's been really busy lately!!!!

i just wanted to post this!!!! soooooooo cute! i can totally see Casey doing this ... with all the fancy dance moves he learns from his momma....

Vacation at Seaside! Day 3

Today we set out to go shopping at the ma & pa stores that lines up and down this whole section of the beach. They have some really cool stores!! As we were exploring we found a merry-go-round! Casey went on his first ride!!

We tried out this squealing pig first...

Then a dog...

Landis Jumped on the rabbit.. and held Case... when the ride started Casey got a worried look in his face but was ok since dad was holding him!

When the ride stopped he finally gave me a smile!!!

He has been talking up a storm and his personality has bloomed overnight! It's incredible to see the difference in how Casey interacts with me and then his daddy... Since we have been on the go a lot he hasn't been able to take very good naps during the day.. ten mins here and there and yet no grouchy baby here.. We are all really having a good time!

OH and to my cousin KRISTA.... THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR GIVING US THE INFO AND MONEY TO BUY A HOOTER HIDER IT IS A LIFE SAVER!! I tried other shalls and blankets but Casey and i aren't coordinated enough to make them work.. NOTHING compairs to the HOOTER HIDER! THANK YOU! THANK! THANK YOU!! We wouldnt have been able to be this much on the go without it.

Vacation at Seaside! Day 2

Today we went down to the Tillamook Cheese Factory!

We passed so many look out points on the way down so on the way back we decided to get some shots!Casey being grumpy!!! All he wanted to do was sleep.. He'd been awake all day.
Landis has gotten really good at setting the timer on the camera and it turning out pretty well! (all of the ones on the beach he set up).. We only took one picture and thought it turned out fine without checking.... Tonight while i was downloading them this is what i saw... hahahaha.. Bummer!!! we had no idea.. It was really bright which makes seeing the camera playback screen impossible, so we just called it good.. hahahah

Vacation at Seaside! Day 1

We arrived here in Seaside last night around 7 pm.. got some groceries.. became familiar with our surroundings... watched a few episodes of the "House" marathon on T.V. and went to bed...

We woke up late this morning after a much needed sleep-in...

We then went and played bingo!!!

We played 10 rounds of bingo (thats twenty cards each) .. Landis won once and picked his prize!! He picked a baby book for Casey!!! So sweet! We were kind of bummed (as you can see in the picture above) considering only 10 other people showed up... we thought we had pretty good odds... but only won once ... haha .. It was really fun though!

It's been a really fun day! Tomorrow we are thinking about going down to the tillamook cheese factory and getting some yummy ice cream! (like I need it)... Then possibly getting Casey a baby swimsuit so we can go swimming in the Heated pool!

I finally got these in the mail!!!...

I am so thankful i get to stay home with my baby!.. Especially since he grows so fast! It's like i put him to sleep at night, and 9- 10 hours later when he wakes up he's already different! I'm like who are you!!!??.... He learns and discovers something new everyday!.. I get such bad anxiety when i even think about leaving him. I've been away from him a total of maybe 2 hours since he was born... I know he would be/is fine if and when i were to leave him with a family member (i left him for twenty mins the other night with my mom so Landis and I could take a motorcycle ride and he didn't even realize i was gone)... Its just me--- I'm a protective mommy bear. We have a NO CRYING policy at our house.. I know some people think im crazy.. But atleast for the first 6 months i want to do this--- They say if you are there for your baby everytime they squawk the first 6 months they learn to trust you and they tend to be happier babies the rest of thier baby lives... anyway... I love Landis and I love Casey---
