Two of a kind! These two were passed out after a long day at the beach!

Well hello!

Landis is such a boy... We saw all these little kids climb this wooden pole in the water and dive into the water one day... So of course Landis HAD to get in on it.. I was lounging on the beach with Casey and turned around to see where landis had gone.. and saw him out on the distance on this pole waving at me.. so i hurried and grabbed the camera!

Here are some pictures from yesterday of Casey and his cousin Ella!

His outfit says: Frogs and snails and puppy dogs tails... (my mom says the shirt is wrong and it should be snakes and snails and puppy dog tails...)

I found them the otherday shopping.. I HAD to get them..

just for size comparison this is a few days after Casey was born.. he was 6.5 lbs and she was double his size at 12lbs .. he's now 6 weeks old and weighs 12lbs! As you can see from the pictures above he's catchin up to her FAST ..

Yesterday Landis came home from work and was sayin hi to Casey and i, and Casey smiled! His first smile!! We were so excited!

Today he's been all smiles!..

(i know the quality of some of my pictures stink, but the camera phone is very convenient... i'll get better ones soon)

Stinky boys

So I feel like everytime i turn around this is what i see....

Tonight i was making dinner and came out to let Lan know dinner was almost ready and Landis and Casey were OUT!... This is seriously a daily occurance.. I was thinking in my head shouldn't that be me?! I'm the one that gets up in the middle of the night to feed him and change him .. I feel like im the walking dead! (eventhough Casey is such a good sleeper.. We are sooo lucky!).. But then i realized Landis had been working so hard out in the sun all day.. He works so hard for us so we can have a home and get the things we need... I love him so much..

My little bear is 4 weeks old today!

I love this picture Landis took of him this evening while we were shopping at Kohls... I still can't fit in to any pre pregnancy clothes.. its really depressing..

He's yawning-- i like to call this his baby dinosaur!

Anyway, Tuesday was a milestone for Casey.. he started lifting his head for the first time and that same night he started following me with his eyes! he's getting so big too.. he's actually just starting to fit into his newborn clothes.. Exciting!
